BATIKALE TURİZM TİCARET A.Ş.  was founded in 1993 and acted in tourism and construction business. It has devoleped with Hotel Orion and Hotel Triton, Malibu, Royal residences since then.

 BATIKALE TURİZM A.Ş  made an investment agreement partnership with Peninsula Tourism in 2008 to enlargen the company  and planned to open five stars foundation in 2010  with the capacity of 280 rooms and 700 beds .
 

And another Residences planning which will be situated on the  3rd bay in Didyma with the capacity of 75 apartments is stil being  contınued.
